Description
The medal group of George Christopher Lediard. Son of Mrs P Lediard and of Calthorpe Villa, Clevedon Road, Balsall Heath, Birmingham. He was 30 years old and serving with C Battery 74th Brigade, Royal Field Artillery when killed. He had entered France 19th August 1914.
He is Remembered with Honour at the Boulogne Eastern Cemetery. The medals are on new ribbon and are named 1914 Star – 36453 DVR. G. C. LEDIARD. R.F.A. (RA on pair).
