Cavalry Medal Group consisting Anglo Boer War Queen’s South Africa Medal with Relief of Ladysmith clasp with Great War 1914 Star and British War Medal.

Albert Win was born Glastonbury, Somerset and was an 18 years old baker when he attested 1895 at Bridgewater.

Medal Roll for the QSA confirms the singles clasp issue for Relief of Ladysmith, 1 of approximately 14 in the 13th Hussars to receive the solitary Relief of Ladysmith clasp. There are 2 Medal Index Cards, for the 1914 Star (Winn) and the Pair (Win) respectively. He entered France 15th August 1914. He was renumbered 46165.
