Boer War Great War Medal Group
This is the Medal entitlement of Thomas Sanders, it is an Anglo Boer War medal pair awarded whilst serving with the Devonshire Regiment and his Great War Medal pair earned whilst serving with the Wiltshire Regiment. It comprises the following:
Queen’s South Africa Medal with Tugela Heights clasp, Orange Free State clasp, Relief of Ladysmith clasp and Transvaal clasp with King’s South Africa Medal with South Africa 1901 clasp and South Africa 1902 clasp named to 4789 PTE. T. SANDERS DEVON REGT. The medal rolls confirm his entitlement (n.b. the spelling mistake on the QSA Roll)
