Anglo Boer War, Long Service and Good Conduct Medal group to Private Charles Skeet, 1st Royal Sussex Regiment.

Medal rolls confirm medals and clasps. His Long Service medal awarded 1st January 1906 (WO102/17/1).

Charles Skeet was born in Brighton, Sussex. He was an 18 year old baker when he enlisted for the first time 31st August 1886 at Chichester. He served 18 years prior to discharge. He then re-enlisted aged 46 to serve in the Great War. He
